Project:          Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank HQ, Abu Dhabi
Scope:            Sustainability Consulting (LEED for Core and Shell)

Located on the old airport road leading to Abu Dhabi City, the development will house the Head Quarters of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB). The project has an approximate total area of 60,000 square metres above grade and 40,000 square metres basement parking areas.


 
The development will comprise of two identical but mirrored 14 storey commercial towers above 4 levels of basement. Each tower has Ground, Mezzanine and 12 floors connected centrally by a shared Atrium space which serves as the main entrance to the development. ADIB HQ occupies in its entirety one of the towers with parts of the ground floor and associated shared atria/entrances.

The sustainability target for this project is to achieve LEED Gold certification.
