Scope:            Sustainability Consulting (LEED for ND)

The Project is located on 142 acres attached to Qatar University with an area of 274,408m2. It consists of three main residential building types; Hostel, Apartments, and Villas in addition to amenities such as Public Parks, Club House, and Shopping Center
 


The scope of the sustainability consultant is to review documents and drawings according to target LEED credits, review Conditions of Contract and General Specifications, prepare supporting documentation and template, Erosion Sedimentation Control Plan and Construction Waste Management Plan.
