Scope:            Sustainability Consulting (Estidama)
 
 
 
 The project consists of apartment blocks, townhouses, villas, small retail and other ancillary buildings. The unique feature of this project is its location in the centre of Al Bateen Area the prime location of Villas in Abu Dhabi City. Overall plot area: 100,644 m2
 
The scope of Salimus was to guide the team in the design process.  The aim of the project was to achieve 1-Pearl certification for the entire community, all buildings and villas.
 
This project successfully achieved the following:
 

1. One Pearl for Communities Design Certification as per Estidama Community Rating System
2. One Pearl for Buildings Design Certification as per Estidama Building Rating System
3. One Pearl for Villa Design Certification as per Estidama Villa Rating System

 
This project is the first project in UAE to achieve Community Design Rating Certification.
 
Salimus is currently working with the contractor to achieve Construction Certification.
